How to Add a Hit Counter to a Site
We don't offer a built in hit counter for sites created through our service. It isn't necessary as you can View the Stats Dashboard in your account to see how many people are visiting each of your sites, or Add Google Analytics to your site to take an even deeper look at your visitor numbers.
But if you really want to add a counter to any page of your site, you are more than welcome to do so. We recommend using the W3Counter. This counter can be found here:

Follow these steps to add it to your site:
Create an account with W3Counter.

Setup your visitor counter.
- Enter the address of your site. Personal domains should be entered in the style of www.yourdomainhere.com. Sub-domains should be written in the style of yoursitehere.weebly.com.
- Select whether or not to make your stats public. This lets you link people to detailed stats about your site. If you're not sure if you really want to do that, uncheck this box.
- Select a Counter Start Value. Your counter doesn't have to start at 0. Make your site look really popular and start it at 10,000.
- Select the Visible Tracker option and click the Choose Style button.
The choose style option presents you with a number of stylish counter boxes. Be sure to scroll down to find Counters that Display Current Visitor Count. Otherwise the tracking box won't show the number of visitors you've had.
After you've selected your style, click Save Changes.
Select and Copy the Tracker Code.
Now you just need to paste this code to a page of your site using our easy-to-use Custom HTML Element. If you're not familiar with this element, read our short Custom HTML Element help article to learn how to use it.
